Support Groups

Welcome to the Support Groups. You will probably find it difficult when you begin the SCD™, most people do, a radical change of diet, new ways of cooking, sourcing new foods and you probably already have to manage a difficult illness. It can be a difficult road but its well worth the journey. We have been down this road before and many of us are likely to have a similar condition as you. We support each other and are eager to support you too. We will be able to answer many of your questions or even if you just need to tell someone how you feel we can listen and sympathise. There are a number of groups some with different flavours and facilities but they all have the same overall aim, to support you as you implement the SCD™ as described in “Breaking the Vicious Cycle”. Join as many groups as you like but it’s a good idea to also join one in your region if possible, this way you can get help with SCD™ compliant foods in your area.
